Ingredients:
- Boiled beef mince ½ kg
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1tsp
- Chopped Green chilies 4
- Lemon 3
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
Method:
In a pan, add in ½ cup oil, chopped garlic cloves; fry them till they are golden brown. Then add in meat. Cook it. Now add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, Yogurt chopped green chilies. Cook it and add in lemon juice. Then add in chopped ginger. In the end, add chopped coriander. Serve hot.

- Shell pasta (boiled) ½ packet
- Eggs 4
- Onions (chopped) 1 large
- Tomato (chopped) 2
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Capsicum (chopped) 2
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Corns /Peas 1 cup
- Potatoes (chopped) 1 large
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Method:
In a bowl shell boiled shell pasta ,egg ,onions copped ,tomatoes chopped ,garlic chopped ,Crushed red chili Black pepper, capsicum chopped ,oil ,cheddar cheese ,peas ,potatoes chopped ,salt and cream add and mix well then pour in oven proof dish and bake for 15 minutes then serve .
