Ingredients:
- Tomato ½ kg
- Beef liver ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 3 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp roasted & crushed
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
- Kasuri methi 1 ½ tsp
Method:
Wash liver well, cut in medium pieces, marinate with ginger garlic paste and leave it for 2 hours, heat oil in a wok, add sliced tomatoes, fry on low flame until tomato tender, add in marinated liver, fry for 5 mins on medium flame, add all the dry spices, cook for 5 mins, add ½ cup water, cover and cook for 10 mins, lastly add salt, crushed red pepper, allspice, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, leave it on dum for 15 mins till oil comes on top.
Ingredients:
- Mango juice ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves 6-8
- Soda 250 ml
- Ice cubes 1 cup
- Sugar syrup 2 tbsp
- Lemon wedges 2-3
Method:
Fill glass with1 cup crushed ice, add mint leaves, 2-3 lemon wedges, mix, pour 2 tbsp lemon juice then pour ½ cup mango juice, add 2 tbsp sugar syrup top with chilled soda, mix gently, garnish with a lemon wedge, serve chilled.
Ingredients:
- Seekh kabab or meatballs 1packet
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Italian seasonings 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp leveled
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed black pepper
- tomato with juice 1 tin
- capsicums sliced seeds removed ½ kg
- Pepperoni sliced 1 cup
- pasta sauce 1 cup
- Olives ¼ cup sliced
- Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup grated
Method:
Heat a wok, add mince with garlic, cook for 10 mins, add in all the dry seasonings with canned tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 mins until sauce thick, spread pasta sauce into the bottom of casserole dish, spread with spatula, arrange the capsicum cut side up and evenly spread with mince mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, arrange pepperoni slices and olives on top, bake for 15-20 mins until peppers are tender and cheese melts, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and enjoy.
