Ingredients:
- Beef boneless 500 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
- Salt as required
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato cubes as required
- Onion cubes as required
- Capsicum cubes as required
- Shashlik sticks as required
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for Dhuwan rice:
- Rice boiled 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 3 tbsp
- Tomato chopped 3 tbsp
- Cucumber chopped 3 tbsp
- Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Koyla to smoke
METHOD for dhuwan rice :
Pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko sauté Karen or phir lehsan dal ker bhi sauté Karen or phir tamam sabziyan, masalay or rice dal ker mix Karen or 1 se 2 minutes tak paka ker koylay ka dum de len or phir beef shashlik kay sath serve Karen.
METHOD:
Ek pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ka paste dal ker sauté Karen or phir beef boti dal achi tarhan bhoon len phir thora sa pani shamil ker kay dum per chor den jab beef gal jae to bhunaee kay ker pani ko khushk ker len. phir tamam masalay or sause dal ker itna pakaen kay tamam masala beef per lag jae to cholha band ker kay tomato, onion or capsicum shamil ker kay mix ker len phir skewera men laga ker frying pan man sauté ker len. or phir dhuwan rice kay sath serve Karen.

- Beef mince 1 cup
- Split Bengal gram boiled 1 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion slices 1 large
- Garlic slices 1 tbsp
- Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
- Green chili big julienne 2 – 3
- Tomato slices 2 large
- Salt as required
- Whole spice 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili whole 5 -6
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander fresh chopped 1 tbsp
- Ginger julienne for garnish
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam kay kay onion ko golden brown ker len phir hari mirch, lehsan or adrak dal ker len qeema shamil Ker kay achi tarhan bhoon len phir thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den jab qeema gal jaen to haldi, pisi lal mirch, sabit lal mirch, garam masala, cutter dhania, namak or tomato slices dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len yahan tak kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae. Phir ubli huee daal, chopped hari mirchen or adrak dal ker hasbe zarurat pani shamil ker or 1 se 2 minutes tak paka ker serve Karen.
