Ingredients:

  • Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  • Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  • Beef steaks 2 pieces (any favorite cut)
  • Black pepper (freshly grounded) to taste
  • Stock (any) ½ cup
  • Heavy cream ⅓ cup
  • Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon
  • Parsley 1 Tablespoon minced
  • Onion (chopped) 1 small
  • Orange juice ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly season steaks with salt and pepper, and add to skillet; cook, about 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness. When the steaks are done, move to a plate and tent with foil.
Return the skillet to medium-high heat and sauté the onions for 1-2 minutes, until softened.
Add the orange juice and cook until the juice is almost evaporated, about 2 minutes, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Stir in the broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cream and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire, and then return steaks and any accumulated juices to skillet; cook, turning in sauce, until warmed through, about 3 minutes. Transfer steak to serving plates and stir parsley and into sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over steaks and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Potato (cubed) ½ kg
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

 

Method:
Cut the Potato half and boil with garlic and salt until tender. Soak boil potato and mash. Take a skillet add milk, butter and salt cook until melted add in mash potatoes mix well. Add cream cheese and mix well and sprinkle freshly grounded black pepper and coriander leaves.

Tips: if you want smooth consistency then strain the mash potato with strainer.

Ingredients:

  • Rice (well rinsed) 1 cup uncooked short grained
  • Water 2 cups
  • Rice vinegar 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Avocado 1/2cup
  • Cucumber (sliced) 1 cup
  • Lime juice 1 tablespoon
  • Sushi rice 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  • Edible flower optional
  • Lemon slices as required
  • Shrimp 1/2 pound cooked
  • Sesame seed as required (black or white)
  • Salt to taste
  • Doughnut mold

 

Method:
Bring the rice and water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed, about 20 minutes, before letting it cool for a bit. Gently fold the mixture of the rice vinegar, sugar and salt into the rice. Spread avocado and on the bottom of the three donuts mold and squeeze the mayonnaise. Place shrimp, and Fill with sushi rice and let it blend in a little. Chill for 5 minutes. Remove the mold and top, edible flower (optional), and on lemon slices and cucumber slices. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and Serve with sriracha sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps (cooked & chopped) 1 packet
  • Bread 8 (slices)
  • Cucumber 8 (sliced)
  • Tomato 8 (slices)
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:
Shallow fry the shrimps and mash in chopper. Set aside
Heat the grill pan and grill the both sides of bread slices and spread the mayonnaise
Spread the mash shrimps add tomato slices and cucumbers.
Place the slice over it and cut in squares and serve with tea
