Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Soda bi carbonates ½ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Butter as required
  • Garlic chopped as required
  • Green coriander chopped as required

METHOD:
In mixing bowl add flour, gram flour, yeast, soda bi carbonate and water knead well. Add chopped garlic and chopped green coriander mix well. Form into balls. Apply garlic and green coriander on balls and keep in pre heat over at 180C for 7-8 minute bake well. Apply butter on naan serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton with bone 1 kg
  • Lamb fat 200 gm
  • Ghee ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 5 -6
  • Tomatoes 5-6
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger julienne for garnish

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter add mutton and ginger garlic paste fry well. Add little amount of water leave for simmer. When meat is done add salt and tomato mix well and leave for 5 minute. Remove skin from tomato cook well. Add green chilies and fried lamb fat in it, cook for 1 to 2 minute. Garnish with ginger and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 1 kg
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 – 5
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter fry onion well. Add ginger garlic paste cook. Add chicken fry well. Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder and tomato mix well. Leave for 10 minute for simmer. When chicken is done add yogurt, whole coriander and whole cumin cook well. Add lemon juice, green chilies and green coriander cook for 1 minute and turn off flame.

Ingredients:

  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
  • Green color few drops

METHOD:
Add whipped cream and icing sugar in bowl beat well. Divide cream in two balls. Add green color in one ball mix well. Mix gelatin powder in two balls. Add white cream in serving glass keep in fridge for 5 minute. Add green cream keep in fridge for 5 minute. Decorate glass and serve.
