Ingredients:
- Beef strips ½ kg
- Papaya paste 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
- Poppy seed paste 4 tbsp
- Mustard oil ½ cup
Method:
Add all ingredients in yogurt, mix well. Add beef strips leave for 2 hour. Cook on grill or steam it.
Ingredients:
- Chicken nuggets 1 packet
- Tomato cubes 2
- Onion cubes 1
- Cucumber cubes 2
- Mint leaves 3 tbsp
- Sweet corn ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Fry chicken nuggets for five minutes. Remove and cool. Cut fried nuggets into cubes add in salad bowl. Cool and serve.

- Mutton chops boiled ½ kg
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Method:
Boiled mutton chops for 40 minute. Add all spices mix well and apply on chops, leave for 2 hour to marinate. Cook on grill till it changes its color. Remove and serve with tamarind chutney.

- Mango 1 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Vanilla ice cream 2 cups
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Ice 1 cup
- Pistachios 2 tbsp
Method:
Add all ingredients in blender, blend well. Remove and serve.
