Ingredients:
- Strawberry jam ½ cup
- Cherry pie filling 1 tin
- Chocolate 200 gm
- Milk ¼ cup
- Cream cheese 8 ounce
- Whipped cream 8 ounce + 4 ounce for decoration
METHOD:
Melt chocolate and milk in the micro for 30 secs, add in cheese cream and mix well, gently fold in fresh cream until smooth, in a tall short glasses spoon chocolate mixture, top with cherry pie filling then chocolate mixture, finishing with a layer of strawberry jam, garnish with a swirl of whipped cream, drizzle with cherry pie filling on top and decorate with a cherry to finish on top.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg cut into 2 inch cubes
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1tsp
- Green chilies 4 chopped
- Brown onion 4 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 4 coarsely chopped
- Mint leaves 15
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Screwpine water ½ tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Rice ½ kg boiled with salt 1 tbsp, mixed whole spices 1 tbsp till ¾ done
METHOD:
Heat oil in thehandi, add crushed garlic, fry till light golden, add chicken, fry for 5 mins with sliced ginger, tomatoes, brown onion 2 tbsp and half chopped hara masala, add in all the dry seasonings and fry well, then add the remaining hara masala, top with boiled rice, fried onion, kewra and saffron mixture, leave it on dum for 15-20 mins, serve with raita in a handi.
Ingredients:
- Water melon 1 cup chopped and remove seeds
- White melon or honey dew melon 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Pomegranate juice ½ cup
- Crushed ice 1 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Blend all together and serve immediately.
