Ingredients for custard:
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Custard powder 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Grated chocolate 1/2 cup
- Chocolate brownies 1 cup
- Cherries or strawberry 2 cups
- Whipped cream 1 cup
Method:
Put the milk into a pan with sugar and allow it to boil then add dissolve custard powder and coco powder. Gently heat, stirring, until creamy and smooth, cover with cling film and cool. Arrange the brownies in the base of a trifle bowl. Then cherries or strawberry, Drizzle sugar syrup over brownies spoon the cooled chocolate custard over and chill while make the topping. pile cream on top of the trifle and decorate with grated chocolate and strawberry cherries.
Ingredients:
- Capsicum cubed 5
- Onion sliced 1
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
For the paste:
- Peanut butter 4 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Fresh coconut 3 tbsp
Method:
firstly, dry roast, sesame seeds, coriander seeds for about 20 seconds. Cool completely and make a fine paste along with coconut mix peanut butter and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, temper with cumin seeds and add ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell goes off and add onions. When the onions turn translucent, add tomatoes, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, salt, mix well and cook covered until tomatoes turn mushy. Now, add coconut peanut paste and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add garam masala, water and bring to boil. Now, add capsicum and cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes, add dried fenugreek, mix well and serve.
