Ingredients:
- Eggs 3
- Milk ¼ cup
- Chocolate 100 gm
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Whipped cream 2 ½ cups
- Light corn syrup 2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 4 ounce
- Chocolate Essence 1 tsp
- Brownie chopped in tiny pieces 1 cup
METHOD:
In a sauce pan melt together chocolate, butter and milk, remove and cool, add essence and corn syrup, keep aside.Beat eggs very thick, gradually add icing sugar, and pour in the thick chocolate syrup gently.Lastly fold in the cream and brownie chunks, freeze in an airtight container overnight till firm, serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:
- Mutton paye 6
- Oil ¼ cup + ¼ cup
- Water ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp heaped
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Paya masala 1 packet
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp leveled
- Coriander leaves chopped 2-3 tbsp
- Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour 2-3 tbsp dissolved in ½ cup water
METHOD:
Boil mutton paye with mixed whole spices, 10 cups water till tender and 2 cups stock left.Heat ¼ cup oil plus ¼ cup water in a handi, add boiled paye with stock, remove handi. In another handi heat ¼ cup oil, add onion fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, paya masala, chili powder, crushed red pepper, ¼ cup water, fry well, add this to the paya mixture, when boiling thicken with aata paste, cook for 10 mins on low flame, serve garnished with coriander, green chilies and ginger julienne, serve with nan.
INGREDIENTS:
- Beef 500 gm (without bones)
- Sela rice 1 kg (34 minutes soaked)
- Onion (medium) 3 (200 gm)
- Tomatoes (medium) 4 (250 gm)
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Oil/Clarified butter 1-1/4 cup (250 ml)
- Degi Pulao Masala 1 packet
METHOD:
In a bowl soak sela rice for about 45 minutes. Then heat oil/clarified butter and fry the onions. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes. Now add Swaad Degi Pulao Masala and cook well for about 1 minute. Then add beef and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add 3 glasses or as required water and cook properly on a medium heat. Once the beef is cooked add soaked sela rice. Also add 4 glasses water and 1 ½ tbsp Swaad salt, mix and allow it to boil. Now cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Then mix well and serve hot with salad, mint leaves and chutney.
