Ingredients for Kabab:

  • Yellow lentil boiled 1 cup
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Egg 1

Ingredients for tamarind chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Mint 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small 1
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Ingredients to assemble:

  • Buns 4 – 5
  • Oil as required
  • Egg 2
  • Kabab /nuggest 4 – 5
  • Onion slices as required
  • Tamarind chutney as required

Method:
Kabab bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ko sauté ker lain phir tamam masalay dal ker bhoon lain phir daal dal ker mix ker lain phir choolha band ker kay mixture ko thanda ker kay anday milaen or phir kabab bana lain.Chutney bananay ka liye tamam aja blender men dal ker blend ker lain.
Bun kabab ready ker nay kay liye frying pan men oil garam ker kay kabab ko anday men dip ker kay kabab ko fry ker lain ab bun ko darmiyan se kat ker imli ki chutney dalen phir kabab rakh ker anda or piyaz lagaen or mazeed chutney dal ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Sav nimko 1 cup
  • Onion chopped ½ cup
  • Tomato chopped ¼ cup
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp

Method:
Ek air tight box men tamam ajza dal ker achi tarhan hila ker mix ker lain phir plate men nikal ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
  • Potato small deiced boiled ½ cup
  • Tomato slices as required
  • Onion slices as required
  • Coriander leaves chopped as required
  • Green chili small chopped as required
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tamarind water ½ cup
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Papri 1 – 2

Method:
Ek plate men pehlay chanay phir aloo phir tomato slices phir onion slices phir hara dhanai phir hari mirchen phir dahi phir imli ka pani phir chat masala or phir akhir men papri dal ker chat serve karen..

Ingredients for Samosa:

  • Potato boiled & mashed 1 cup
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Onion slices ½
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Hara dhanai chopped 1 – 2 tbsp
  • Hari mirch Few
  • Lemon juice 1 – 2 tbsp
  • Manda patti as required
  • Plain flour paste as required
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for aalu chutney:

  • Potato boiled & mashed ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:
Aloo ki chutney bananay kay liye ek pan men aloo, tamam ajza or pani dal ker itna pakaen kay chutney garhi hojae.
Filing bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko light brown ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon lain phir tamam sukhay masalay dal ker bhoon lain phir aloo, hara dhanai, hari mirchen or lemon juice dal ker mix ker lain phir filling ko thanda ker kay samoson kay patti men rakh ker samosay bana lain phir ek karahi men oil garam ker kay samoson ko dhimi aanch per fry ker kay aloo ki chutney kay sath serve karen.
