Ingredients:
- Butter 225 gm
- Icing sugar 90 gm
- egg yolks 2
- Flour 225gm
- Corn flour 30 gm
- Salt 1tsp
- Vanilla bean paste 1tsp
Method:
Beat together butter and icing sugar Now sift flour and corn flour. Add egg yolks to the butter mixture .Beat on low speed .Add vanilla bean paste and sifted flours .Beat on a low speed with paddle attachment until dough come togather.(the dough will be very soft).Wrap the dough in cling film and keep it refrigerated for 2hours. After refrigeration bake on 160 degree for 8 to 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Fish boneless cubes ½ kg
- Lemon 2
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Brown onion crushed 3 tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Screw pine essence with saffron as required
Method:
Wash fish well with lime and salt. Beat yogurt, add in brown onion crushed with all the dry spices, marinate fish with this mixture. Heat oil, add in marinated fish pieces with the marination, leave it on dum for 15 mins covered. Lastly add kewra mixed with saffron, cook for another 5 mins, serve with paratha.

- Icing sugar 1kg
- Cream of tartar ½ tsp
- egg whites 5
- Flavoring to taste
Method:
In Beater add icing sugar and cream of tartar .Mix on a slow speed so that they come together .Now add 5 egg whites and start beating on slow speed. When all the ingredients come together turn the speed on high and beat until it turn into a glossy mixture .Now royal icing is ready to use
