Ingredients:

  • Chicken nuggets half packet
  • Cashew nut 50 gm
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • Carrot ½ cup
  • Green bell pepper ½ cup
  • Red bell pepper ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:
Heat oil add chicken nuggets fry well. Fry cashew separately. Heat oil add crushed red chilies, sesame, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Add nuts and nuggets cook. Add carrot, capsicum, red capsicum, salt and pepper , mix well. Garnish with sesame seeds, serve.

Ingredients:

  • Almonds 1 cup soaked
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dried milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 3-4 tbsp

Method:
Blend soaked almond in milk and form paste. Heat clarified butter add paste. Add sugar, cardamom powder and dried milk powder cook. Heat clarified butter toast almonds slightly. Add in halwa.

Ingredients:

  • Fish 500 gm
  • Dry red chilies 8-10
  • Black pepper 5-6
  • Coconut 2 cups
  • Curry leaves as required
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion 3
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Raw mango 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:
Add whole dried red chilies and black pepper in pan cook for 2 to 3 minute. Grind roasted chili and coconut. Add onion, curry leaves, garlic and raw mango blend well. Add water blend well. Heat oil in pan add onion fry well. Add curry leaves, turmeric, ginger and blended paste in it. Add fish cook. Serve with rice or naan.

  • Mutton meat 500 gm
  • Mutton minced 200 gm
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Clarified butter 3 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1-2
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Black cardamoms 1-2
  • Green cardamoms 2-3
  • Black pepper 4-5
  • Star anise 1-2
  • Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
  • Onions chopped 400 gm
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander, green chilies for garnish

Method:
Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add all dried spices in pan toast well and grind. Blend tomato as well. Add cayenne pepper boil slightly and form into paste. Add green chili paste. Heat clarified butter add onion cook. Add mutton minced then add green chili paste, cayenne pepper and tomato puree cook. Add marinated mutton cook. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin cook till meat is done. Garnish with green coriander and green chili, serve.
