Ingredients:
- Chickpeas (boiled) ½ kg
- Trotters (boiled) 4
- Onions (sliced) 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Green cardamoms 6
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Cloves 4
- Bay leaves 2
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Nutmeg ½ tsp
- Mace ½ tsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Green chilies for garnish
- Lemon for garnish
Method:
Heat oil and fry the onions until golden brown. Then add whole all spices and fry well. Now add ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and trotters. Cook well. Now add boiled chickpeas. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Then add all spice powder and mix well. Lastly garnish the dish with fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and lemon. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Carrots (grated) 2 kg
- Sugar 250 gm
- Milk 1 liter
- Whole dried milk 250 gm
- Clarified butter 250 gm
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Screwpine water few drops
- Almonds, pistachios 100 gm
- Sliver paper 2
- Chumchum 250 gm
Method:
Grate the carrots and cook with the milk. Once the milk gets dry add sugar, cardamom powder and clarified butter. Cook well. Then add screwpine water and mix well. Lastly add almonds, pistachios, silver paper, whole dried milk and chumchum. Serve hot and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fries 1 packet
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry the chicken fries. Then in a pan heat oil and fry the garlic. Now add oregano, tomato ketchup and tomato paste. Cook well until the mixture gets thick. Then add this mixture onto the chicken fries. Now add cheddar cheese from top and serve hot.
