Ingredients:
- Chapli kabab ½ packet
- Spring onion 250gm
- Green chilies 6
- Tomatoes 250gm
- Capsicum 2
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Soy sauce 2tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
- Butter for frying
- Oil as required
- Coal 1piece
Method:
Heat oil and fry kabab and remove. Now heat butter in a pan sauté veggies , now add chapli kabab , soy sauce , Worcestershire sauce , salt and black pepper , lastly give smoke and serve.
Ingredients:
- Rice ½ kg
- Beef ½ kg
- Potato ½ kg
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Green chilies 12
- Curry leaves 2
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Ingredients for dum:
- Black cumin 2 tsp
- Fry onion 1 cup
- Star Anise 4
- Whole black pepper 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 2 tsp
- Whole coriander 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Add 6 glass water, salt, fennel seeds and whole coriander in beef and cook on low flame till meat get tender. Then separate meat from stock. In another pan heat oil and fry onion. Now add black cumin, black pepper, curry leaves, potato and meat, sauté well. Then add green chilies, ginger and garlic crushed. When they cook well then add stock and soaked rice. When rice simmer then add whole black pepper, anise star and fennel seeds crushed. Now add fry onion and mint leaves from top and leave it on dum. Then mix and turn off the flame.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple rings (cut in chunks) 1 tin
- Cream 2 packets
- Milk ½ liter
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Sugar ½ cup
- Pineapple essence 1 tsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Cake sponge (cubes) 2 cups
- Pineapple juice 1 cup
Method:
In a pan heat milk. Add cream, sugar, pineapple essence and food color. Mix well. Then dissolve corn flour in ½ cup of water. Add to the milk liquid and mix well. Now cook for 2 minutes. Allow it to cool. In a glass add cake sponge. Sprinkle some pineapple juice on top. Then pour the pineapple mix along with pineapple chunks. Repeat the process and serve.
