Ingredients for marination:
- Chicken drum stick 5 to 6
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
- Green chili paste 1tbsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- All spice 1tsp
- Black pepper ½tsp
- Chat masala 1tsp
- Red & orange Food color few drops
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Biryani:
- Rice 500 gm
- Potato cubes 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Fried onion ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Tomato slices ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Nutmeg & mace powder ¼ tsp
- Red orange color few drops
- coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chili small whole 3 – 4
- Screw pine essence few drops
Method:
Ek mixing bowl men drum stick or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len or 2 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den . Phir ek karahi men oil garam ker kay drum stick ko low flame per 12 se 15 minutes tak fry ker len.
Biryani bananay kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak paste sauté ker len. Phir aloo, onion, tomato, dahi, tamam masalay or food color dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len jab masala bhun jae to thora sa pani dal ker aaloo ko galnay den jab aaloo gal jaen to boiled rice dal ker chargh, hara dhaniya, mirchen, kevra oil dal ker dum per chor den.
Ingredients:
- Egg 9
- Sugar 140 gm
- Flour 130 gm
- Coco powder 30 gm
- Chocolate spread as required
METHOD:
Mixing bowl men egg or sugar dal ker beat ker len jan egg sahi se beat hojaen to maida or coco powder dal ker mix ker len phir baking tray men butter paper laga ker mixture bicha den or pre heated oven men 200C per 20 se 25 minutes tak bake ker len. Phir sponge ko thana ker kay hazelnut spreat lagaker fold ker len phir cutting ker kay serve karen.
Ingredients:
- Split Bengal gram boiled 1 cup
- Spinach boiled & mashed 1 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
- Onion chopped ½ cup
- Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
- Tomato chopped ½ cup
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8 – 10
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
- Cream ¼ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay onion sauté ker len. Phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon len phir curry patta tomato or tamam masalay dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len . Jab masala bhun jae to daal or palak dal ker mazeed 2 se 3 minutes tak bhnae karen phir coconut milk powder or cream dal ker mix karen or itna pakaen kay oil alag hojae.
