- Butter 1/2 cup
- Garlic 1tsp
- Oregano 1tsp
- Salt black pepper to taste
- Chopped coriander 1tbsp
Ingredients for Taco Seasoning:
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika 1-1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- dried oregano 1/2 tsp
- Other Ingredients:
- Beef minced 300 gm
- Chopped green chilies 1tbsp
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Green onions sliced 1/4 cup
- Cheese shredded 1 cup
- Oil 2tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1tsp
Method:
Tortilla k 8 pcs triangles kat ln.
Butter main tamamajza mix kar k triangles ko cot kar k bake kar ln crisp hone tak.
Taco seasoning mix kar ln.
Garlic ko oil main sautekarenphrqeema add kar k pakan salt green chillies tomato taco seasoning add karenpakanphr spring onion add kar k utar ln.
Nachos pa qeema add karen cheese add kar k 5 minute bake kar k serve karen
