Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 400gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Salt as required
- Peri sauce 2tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp
- Jalapeño 2tbsp
- Coriander 2tbsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tsp
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
- Oil for frying
For burger:
- Burger buns 4
- Cheese slices 4
- Butter 4tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4tbsp
- Salad leaves, tomatoes as required
- Onion sliced as required
- Peri sauce as required
Method:
Mix all the ingredients for patty and give shape of patty then fry it , now in mayo add peri sauce and mix , to assemble in a bun add mayo sauce , patty , salad leaves and other ingredients put another bun and serve .
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings ½ kg
- Crushed garlic 1tbsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Peri sauce ½ cup
- Paprika 1tsp
- Onion powder 1tsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Flour 2tbsp
- Mango powder 1tbsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in wings and now bake it till it changes the color and serve .

- Chicken breast 1
- Soaked porridge as required
- Peri sauce 2tbsp
- Oil 1tbsp
For salad:
- Chickpeas ¾ cup
- Tomatoes ¾ cup
- Cucumber ½ cup
- Onion cut in cubes ½ cup
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Lemon juice as required
- Salt, pepper as required
Method:
In the chicken breast fillet add peri sauce and oil and set aside , now grill this and add all the ingredients and serve .
