Chicken and Paneer Dumplings recipe by Zubaida Tariq is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Handi” on Masala TV only.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Cottage Cheese 2 packet
- Bread Slices 2
- Salt to taste
- Green Chilies (julienned) 6
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Corn Flour as required
- Eggs 2
- Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
- Red Chili (crushed) 1 tsp
- Oil (for frying) as required
Method:
1. Stir fry chicken with salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, now grind the chicken with 2 bread slices in a chopper, add green chilies, crushed black pepper , crushed red chili, roasted & ground cumin and 2 packet cottage cheese.
2. Mix well and make small balls.
3. Roll the balls in corn flour and dip in beaten eggs.
4. Now deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown and serve with ketchup
