These Chicken Caesar Salad Buns make one of the best burgers. These are a wonderful combination of salad, buns and a burger patty.

Ingredients for patti:

  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Cheese shredded 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Dried parsley 1-1/2 teaspoons
  • Garlic minced 1 clove
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chicken ground 300 gm

 

Other Ingredients:

  • Buns 2
  • Ice berg 1/4 cup
  • Creamy Caesar salad dressing 4 teaspoons

For Caesar Salad Dressing:

  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard ¾ teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise 5 tbsp

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients of dressing. Mix all ingredients of patti, to form patti fry well. To assemble burger, keep patti and dressing on it. Place ice berg and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Onion chopped 2-3
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Red chili flakes as required
  • Coriander 1 cup

Method:

Mix salt and yeast in flour to form dough and leave for rinse. Add salt, crushed red chili and coriander mix well. Divide dough into two pieces and roll. Keep onion mixture on dough, roll and leave it. Roll again bake in oven or stove.
