Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whipped curd 1 cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Butter 2 ounce
- Small green chilies 8
- Big green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
- Mint leaves 10
- Allspice ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Onion boiled and blended 1
Method:
Cut chicken in small pieces now Heat oil add ginger garlic and onion paste for 10 mins till light golden, add chicken with all the dry seasonings and half cup water, cover till chicken done, now add in yogurt with grinded hara masala, cream, fry well, add butter and remove.
Ingredients:
- Beef fillet undercut ½ kg
- Oil ½ cup
- Green cardamom 4
- Cloves 4
- Black pepper 4
- Onion grated 1
- Tomatoes blended 4
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Sliced almonds 3 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green chilies ground 6
- Mint leaves for garnish
Method:
Wash pasande and marinate with raw papaya, ginger garlic, salt, grinded green chilies and yogurt. Heat oil, add whole spices and grated onion, fry till onion golden brown, add in blended tomato, fry till oil comes on top, add in the marinated pasandas, cook covered for 30 mins until tender and oil comes on the surface, serve garnished with mint leaves.
Ingredients:
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Yogurt 500 gm tetra pack
- Mango puree 1 cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Mango juice as required
Method:
dissolved gelatin in mango juice , now in a bowl Beat yogurt, mix with milk, mango puree and dissolved gelatin, put in a serving bowl, leave it to set in the fridge, decorate with mango slices and serve.
