Ingredients for the Chicken Kofta :
- Chicken, minced 300gm
- Onion, chopped 1
- cloves Garlic, finely chopped 4
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Corianderchopped as required
- Bread slice 1
For the Kofta Gravy:
- Onion fried crushed 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- tomato puree 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander chopped as required
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of kofta mix well to combine and make balls of the mixture and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan; add all spices along with tomato puree and onionStir well until oil separated and then add the chicken kofta balls with 1 cup of water and simmer the gravy until the chicken kofta is cooked well.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti boiled 1 packet
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic cloves, minced 2
- Mix vegetables 1 cup
- Onion, thinly sliced 1
- Red pepper flakes 1 tsp
- Salt& pepper to taste
Method:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add veggies and red onion and cook until soft, 7 minutes. Then season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, simmer 10 minutes. Add spaghetti to skillet mix toss and serve.
