Ingredients:

  • Chicken pasanday ½ kg
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Brown onion (grinded) 3 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds (grinded) 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut (grinded) 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coal 1
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Tomato rings to serve
  • Lemon wedges to serve

METHOD:

Marinate chicken pasanda with papaya for 30 mins, roast and grind gram flour, poppy seeds and coconut, rub on the marinated chicken with all the rest, put ¼ cup oil in a lagan, spread pasanda, cook on slow flame, give dum of coal, serve with onion rings, tomato rings and lemon wedges.

Ingredients:

  • Butter ½ cup
  • Fine sugar 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Oats chopped ¼ cup
  • White chocolate chips 1 cup

 

METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 180 D, beat butter and sugar, add in the egg and vanilla essence, sieve the dry ingredients and mix with chopperised oats, add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips into the butter mixture, roll into balls, use your fingers to flatten on a non-stick baking sheet 2 inches apart, bake for 10-12 mins, cool for 5 mins, when completely cold, store in airtight container.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ribs 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp leveled
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Allspice powder 1 tsp

 

METHOD:

Boil the ribs with all the ingredients till tender and soft, once softened put the ribs in a hot oven, bake for 15 mins on 200 D.
