Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Boiled chopped tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Onion cubes 2
  • Coal 1
  • Clarified butter ¾ cup
  • Ginger julienned 2 tbsp
  • Salt as Required

Method:
Apply all ingredients of marination on chicken liver leave for half hour for marinate. cook on grill, give a smoke. Heat clarified butter add boiled tomatoes cook well. Add green chilies cook for 2 to 3 minute. Add salt mix well. Add chicken liver cook well. Add green chilies and onion cubes mix well. Garnish with ginger, serve.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Roasted cumin ¾ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Mint 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander for garnishing
  • Tomatoes for garnishing

Method:
In yogurt all ingredients mix .now riata garnish with green coriander and tomatoes and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 150 grams
  • Chicken 350 grams
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes (paste) 6
  • Oregano powder ¼ tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 4 tbsp

Method:
1. Cook the chicken in 2 tbsp of oil with cumin, red chili, salt and 2 cloves of garlic. Once done add tomato ketchup and mix well
2. Boil the spaghetti for 7 minutes and dish out in an ice bath
3. Add 4 tbsp of oil and cook the tomatoes until soft, once soft transfer to a food processor and convert it into a paste. Transfer it back and add balsamic vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic and oregano powder. Mix well
4. Add the spaghetti and mix well and serve with the chicken and finely chopped greens
