Chicken Masala makes a wonderful desi dinner time dish that works beautifully with a fresh naan and some raita

Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black cumin 2 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gram
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Fry onion 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, green chili paste, salt and ginger garlic paste then leave for 10 minutes. Now heat oil add chicken, fry onion and ½ cup water. When water get dries then add garam masala, crushed black pepper and black cumin in yogurt and add in the chicken and cook well. Now add cream and turn off the flame.
Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 2 cup
- Nuggets ½ packet
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Cucumber 1
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 1
- Lemon juice 1(lemon)
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
First finely chop vegetables. Now mix boiled chickpea, oil, vegetables, black pepper, salt and garlic. Sprinkle coriander and serve.
Ingredients:
- Bengal gram (boiled) ½ kg
- Onions 2
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Potatoes (boiled) 2
- Eggs 2
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Mace ½ tsp
- Whole cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Whole coriander 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 2 tsp
- Red chilies (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
Now, in a pan add boiled bengal gram , water, whole cumin seeds, crushed red chili, salt, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, mace, garam masala powder let it cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
Heat on high flame, water dries and cool it.
In a chopper, chopped lentils mixture and boiled potatoes.
After this, add beaten eggs, mint leaves, green chilies, onions and finely chopped ginger.
In the end, make the kabab and fry as required oil.
Delicious daal kay kabab is ready.
