CHICKEN MUSHROOM CREPES RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka boti 1packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Ingredients for mushroom sauce
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped ½ cup
  • Mushrooms finely chopped ½ cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Ingredient for crepes
  • Eggs 3
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Flour 1- ½ cup
  • Oil as required

Other ingredients

  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Parsley finely chopped ½ tsp

Method:
Heat oil in a wok, add finely chopped chicken, cook till it changes color, add ginger garlic paste with dry seasonings, lemon juice, cook till chicken tender and mixture dry, remove the chicken and leave aside.
Method for mushroom sauce
In the same fry pan add butter, oil, add chopped onion, fry for a min, add mushrooms, flour, stock, seasonings and cream, cook for 2 mins, now add in the cooked chicken, mix and keep aside. Make batter for crepes by mixing altogether, add 1 tbsp oil and whisk well, grease 9 inch frying pan with oil, add prepared batter, spread evenly, cook on low flame from both the sides until golden, put prepared crepe on a working surface, add prepared chicken and sauce mixture, fresh coriander and fold it into a square, put stuffed crepe squares in a baking dish, add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, crushed pepper, parsley, bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins until cheese melts, serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • Strong coffee 1 cup
  • Chilled milk 1 cup
  • Chocolate sauce ½ cup
  • Chocolate chips 3-4 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Whipped cream as required
  • Chocolate wafers for garnishing
  • Ice cream 4 scoops

Method:
To make strong coffee, take 1 glass water, add 2 tbsp coffee heaped, 5 tbsp sugar, mix well, leave it for a few hours to chill, drizzle some chocolate syrup on the sides of the glass, keep aside. In a blender mix together strong coffee, milk, ice, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, ice cubes, and ice cream, blend all well, pour the mixture in the glass, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips and wafer biscuits, serve immediately.

  • White fish fillet 1000gm
  • Garlic chopped 15gm
  • Paprika powder 5gm
  • Sumac powder 15gm
  • Black pepper crushed 5gm
  • Salt as required
  • Cream 45gm
  • Tahini sauce 30 gm
  • Lemon juice 45gm
  • Parsley 10gm
  • Olive oil 60gm
  • Yogurt ½ cup

 

Method:
Give cuts to the fish and marinate with all the ingredients from both sides and keep this in chiller for 30 min , then grill the fish on bbq pit and serve .

  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Green chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Mint finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread slice 1 chopped
  • Bihari masala 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Ingredients for vegetable
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1 chopped in cubes
  • Red bell pepper 1 chopped in cubes
  • Onion 1 cut in cubes
  • Chat masala ½ tsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies thinly sliced 2
  • Tomatoes 2 blended

 

Method:
Marinate chicken mince with ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, yogurt, black pepper, green chilies, cream cheese, mint corn flour, coriander, cumin, coriander seeds, allspice and 1 slice of bread, mix all together and grind into chopper until smooth, make into long seekh kabab, fry and remove in a dish. Prepare the vegetables by heating oil and butter, add seasonings, all the veggies with blended tomatoes, cream cook till thick, add veggies, cook for 5 mins, and pour over kebabs, dum of coal, bake for 10 mins and serve.
