Ingredients:
- Chicken nuggets 1 packet
- Capsicum chopped ½ cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
Method:
Fry chicken nuggets and lay on baking tray then add chaat masala, Capsicum, Oregano, Chili garlic sauce and cheddar cheese then bake for 5 minutes and serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Desiccated Coconut 2 tsp
- Cardamoms 4
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion Paste 1 cup
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Bay Leaves 2
- Green Chilies 4
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
In a pan, add marinate pasanday(fillets) with yogurt, ginger garlic cover and leave it for half an hour.
Now heat oil, add onion fry.
When they change the color, add cumin seeds, desiccated coconut, cardamom, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, bay leaves and cook on high flame.
Then add marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
Add water, green chilies, coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In the end, take it out and dishout.
Add finely chopped ginger and serve.
Ingredients:
- Cream 2 cups
- Chocolate 100 grams
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
Method:
In cream add cocoa powder and mix well until fluffy.
Then add chocolate chips & fold
Now keep it in the freezer for 4 hours.
Finely garnish with chocolate chips and serve.
