Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless fillet 1 cup
- Rice 2 cups
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Red orange color 2 tbsp
- Fried onion ½ cup
- Tomato slices 2
- Coriander chopped ½ bunch
- Mint chopped ½ bunch
- Dry plum 6 to 8
- Green chili big julienne 2 pieces
- Screw pine essence few drops
- Yellow color few drops
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Ek mixing bowl men chicken men yogurt, tamam sukhay masalay, hari mirch ka paste, brown onion, lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker chicken ko achi tarhan marinade ker lain or 3 se 4 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Ab pan men oil garam ker kay marinated chicken dal ker achi tarhan bhoon lain ab chicken per tomato slices, dhanai, podina, aloo bukharay, hari mirchen or fried onion dal ker ublay huway chawal dalen phir zarday ka rang, kevra or oil dal ker biryani ko dum per chor den. Jab biryani tayyar ho jae to garam garam serve karen.
Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Potato boiled & mashed ½ cup
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sweet soda ¼ tsp
- Clarified butter 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp

Method:
Mixing bowl men aaloo, pani or tamam ajza dal ker paste bana lain phir maida dal ker goondh lain phir akhir men ghee dal ker mix ker lain or mazeed aatay ko achi tarhan gondh lain. Phir dough ko 10 se 15 minutes tak rest de ker pairay bana lain phir pairon ko bail ker baking tray men rakh ker unglion se nishan laga ker mazeed 25 se 30 minutes ka rest de ker pre heated oven men 200c per 10 se 12 minutes tak bake ker lain.
Ingredients:
- Strawberry whipped cream 3 to 4 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Strawberry wafers 4 to 5
- Melted white chocolate 2 tbsp
- Melted milky chocolate 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes 3 to 4
Method:
Blender men whipped cream, milk, wafer or ice cubes dal ker blend ker lain or shake ko glass men dal ker whipped cream se shake per swirl karen phir milky or white chocolate sauce dal ker white or dark chocolate kay biscuits rakh ker serve karen.
Ingredients to marinate:

- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Mayonnaise 2 to 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 to 4 tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy:
- Oil 5 to 6 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 2 cloves
- Milk 1 cup
- Chicken power 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cream 4 to 5 tbsp
- Olives 8 to 10
Method:

Ab karahi men oil garam ker kay garlic ko sauté ker lain phir marinade chicken dal ker achi tarhan bhoon lain phir milk, chicken powder, dhanai or cream dalker itna pakaen kay gravy garhi hojae phir butter or olives dal ker mix karen or mazeed 1 minute tak paka ker garam garam serve karen.
