Ingredients:
Chicken Marinade:

  • Chicken whole 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Food color few drops
  • Yogurt 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Coal for smoke

BIRYANI RICE:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Tomato sliced 3- 4
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Screw pine essence few drops
  • Food color few drops
  • Green coriander chopped 1-2 tbsp
  • Mint chopped 1-2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Oil as required

METHOD:
Before marinating the chicken, put salt and vinegar in the bowl and soak the chicken in the pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Then take the chicken out of the water and strain it well. Make a paste by mixing all the ingredients of marinate in a bowl and put it on the chicken and keep it in the fridge for 10 to 12 hours. Then put the chicken in the steamer or oven and cook it. Simmer with charcoal for 3 to 4 minutes and leave on dam with biryani rice. Heat oil in a pan for biryani rice, add garlic, ginger paste, green chili paste and fry well. Then add tomatoes, brown onion, yogurt and all dry spices and fry well. Then add coriander, mint, green chilies and boiled rice, add screw pine essence, food color and oil and leave on the dam .

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka Boti 1 packet
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion boiled paste ½ cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew powder 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Fenugreek as required
  • Green coriander chopped for garnish

METHOD:
Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic and ginger paste. Then add onion paste, tomato puree and all spices and fry well. When oil separates, add chicken seasoning, cream and butter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook till – Add Fenugreek leaves and cashew powder and mix. Add coriander and serve.

  • Chicken boneless 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2- 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp

LIQUID BATTER:

  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Egg 2
  • Salt as required

DRY BATTER:

  • Flour ¼ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Salt as required

 

METHOD:

Put all the chicken and marinate ingredients in the mixing bowl and marinate the chicken and keep it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours. Prepare the batter by adding milk, egg and salt in one bowl. Then make dry batter by adding flour, corn flour, baking powder and salt in the other mixing bowl. Now dip marinated chicken in milk batter, coat with dry batter and put in baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius
