Ingredients:

  • Boiled Rice 2 cups

For Tikka:

  • Boneless Chicken 500 gm
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
  • Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tsp
  • All spices powder 1tsp
  • Coriander ground 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

 

For Gravy:

  • Onion Sliced 2
  • Tomatoes Sliced 3
  • Ginger garlic Minced 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice whole 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder Roasted and Ground 1 tbsp

For layering:

  • Green Chilies 3
  • Lemon sliced 1
  • Green coriander Chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Mint Leaves Chopped 1 tbsp
  • Dried Plums 3
  • Food color as required

Method:
Marinate the chicken with all tikka spices at least for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Heat grilled pan and add marinated meat to it cook for 15 minutes.

For Gravy:
Fry onions along with whole Garam Masala in oil, add tomatoes ginger garlic and add all the spices For Gravy. Cook till the oil separated. In the same pan drizzle some oil. Make a layer of rice and then pour some gravy over it. Add some cooked tikkas. Add all the ingredients of layering and Leave it over low heat flame for five minutes. Burn a little piece of coal over stove. Place this on top of biryani and pour few drops of oil over it and immediately cover the Pan. Your tikka biryani is ready

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower blanched 1 large
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice of 2 lemons
  • Food color a pinch
  • roasted Gram flour ¼ cup
  • Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:
Add all the ingredients into the bowland mix it evenly with hand until all the cauliflower florets get coated with the masala. Cover it to marinate for at least 2 hours. insert the cauliflower pieces in skewers. through the stem of the cauliflower and grill them for 5 minutes and serve.
