Ingredients:

  • Chicken ½ kg 10 pcs
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Tikka masala 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6 grinned
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Thick yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Sambal oleak 2 tbsp

 

Ingredients for Chola Gravy

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Black cumin ½ tsp
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Cinnamon 1 inch stick
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cloves 3
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Brown onion sliced 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 diagonally
  • Coconut milk ½ cup
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Sambaloleak 1 tbsp heaped
  • Corianderpowder 1 tsp
  • Boiled chickpeas 2 cups

Ingredients for Rice:

  • Rice ½ kg boiled
  • Whole spices as required
  • Star anise 1
  • Mace 2 pcs
  • Salt 2 tbsp

 

Other Ingredients:

  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Ginger julienne 2tbsp
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Screw pine 1 tbsp

 

 

METHOD:

Marinate chicken with all these given ingredients, bake in oven on 180 D for 30 mins, give dum of coal, keep aside.

METHOD FOR CHOLA GRAVY:

Heat oil, add whole spices, fry, add brown onion ½ cup, ginger garlic and green chilies, fry for 5 mins, add tomatoes with salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, sweet chili sauce, samba loleak, fry well, add boiled chickpeas, cook till done, add coconut milk, chicken tikka pieces and chopped green.

METHOD FOR RICE:

Boil rice with whole spices, star anise, mace and salt until ¾ done.

TO ASSEMBLE:

Add gravy in a pan, top with boiled rice, then saffron, screw pine and leave it on dum, mix and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Sago 1/3 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Boiled water as required
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Mixed fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp dissolved in cold milk
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Strawberry jello 1 packet dissolved in 1 cup water and set
  • Green jelly dissolved in 1 cup water and set

 

METHOD:

Cook sago for 10 mins in boiling water, when transparent drain out water, rinse with cold water, keep aside. Boil milk, add in sugar, cook for 5 mins, add coconut milk, cook until thick, add cardamom powder, boiled sago, mix and leave it till cold, ad din fruits cocktail, jelly cubes, leave it to cool until chilled, serve.
