Chicken Tikka Paratha Roll

Ingredients for Paratha:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Whole Wheat 1 cup
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Luke warm water as required

 

Ingredients for filling:

  • Chicken julienne half kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Shan Tikka Masala 1 packet
  • Tamarind Chutney half cup
  • Onion Rings for filling
  • Mint Leaves for filling

 

Method for chicken:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 1 hour pan fry in 2 tbsp oil till done give Dum of coal prepared parathas fill with chicken chatni onion and mint.
  2. Fold and refold in butter paper serve immediately.

 

Method for paratha:

  1. Knead the dough leave to rest for 30 mins.
  2. Make into parathas shallow fry fill with filling and serve.
