Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka chunks 1 packet

For the dough:

  • Refined flour 3 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Bread improver 1 tsp
  • Egg 1

For the tomato sauce:

  • Tomato puree 1-1/2 cup
  • Tomato chopped 3
  • Onion slice 1 small
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • Basil ½ tsp
  • Coal 1 piece
  • Onion slice 1 large
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking temperature 220 0C
  • Baking time 25 to 30 minutes

Method:
• Heat oil and fry chicken chunks. Set it aside.
• Mix all dough ingredients, knead it and covered it. Then keep it aside. Cover it and let it rise.
• Now in bowl heat oil, add garlic and fry for one minute.
• Add tomatoes for tomato puree. Add thyme, basil leaves, oregano and salt.
• Fry in 1 mint then add sugar and 4 cups of water.
• Cook till it boils on low flame and cook it for 12 to 20 minutes.
• In a blender, blend all the ingredients for sauce. Keep it aside.
• Now roll the dough, cover it and leave for 10 minutes.
• After this, top the dough with pizza sauce and bake for 4 minutes.
• Once it’s out of the oven, add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken chunks and onions.
• Further bake for 15 to 20 minutes then serve it hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cubes ½ kg
  • Sela rice 3 cup
  • Food colour ¼ tsp
  • Screw pine 8 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 2 large
  • Potato in large cubes 3
  • Mint 5 tbsp
  • Dry plump 8 to 10
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Whole all spices 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Tomato 6
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp

Method:
• Heat oil in a pan add onions and fry
• Add garlic and ginger and fry it.
• Add chicken, dry plump, whole spices, coriander powder and fry it for 5 minutes. Add tomato and fry for a minute.
• Add salt and cover it; let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes and add yogurt.
• Remove liquid and cook on high heat for 5 minutes add Kevra. Remove it from the stove.
• Boil rice in salted water, strain it and add on the curry.
• Add food colour and cook on low heat for 15 minutes then mix it and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Egg noodles boiled 1-1/2cup
  • Chicken (chopped) 1cup
  • Mushrooms sliced 1cup
  • Soy sauce 4tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Chicken stock 2liter
  • Prawns chopped 1cup
  • Vinegar 6tbsp
  • Eggs 6
  • Cornflour 7tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
    Spring onions sliced 1cup
    Chili sauce 1/3cup
    Coriander chopped 2tbsp

Method:
• In a pot add chicken stock.
• Bring it to boil and add chili sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, chicken and prawns let it cook for 5 mins.
• Add noodles.
• Mix cornflour in 1 cup of water seperately and add it in the soup.
• Add eggs, mushrooms, coriander and spring onions to serve.
