Ingrdients:
Marination ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet 2
- Meat tenderizer ½ tsp
- Garlic powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper ¾ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Mix herb ½ tsp
- Butter milk ¾ cup
- Oil for frying
For coating ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper ¾ tsp
- Garlic powder ¾ tsp
- Filling ingredients:
- Pizza sauce ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese ¾ cup
- Jalapeno (Finely cut) 2
- capsicum (Finely cut) 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomato 1 tbsp
Method:
Marinate the chicken breast fillet with the marination ingredients and leave for 2 hours .now mix all the coating ingredients then strain then coat the chicken and leave for few hours .after this chicken fry in heated oil .then remove the chicken and apply the pizza sauce .now add mozzarella cheese ,Finely cut jalapeno, Finely cut capsicum ,Chopped onion and Chopped tomato add and bake in a oven till then cheese melt .
Ingredients:
- Orange slices as required
- Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1 big
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
Ingredients for dressing:
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
Method:
All dressing ingredients mix well .now add in onion paprika powder and cinnamon mix .then dish out and set the orange slice then pour pomegranate seeds and onion .finally add dressing and cool then serve .
