Chilled Mango Pudding tastes as incredible as it sounds. Having Pudding is a classic tradition that we must keep following but take it up a notch with the twist of mango !

Ingredients:

  • Water ½ cup
  • China grass powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Evaporated milk ½ cup
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Chopped mangoes 1 cup
  • Toasted and shredded coconut 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup

 

Method:

Mix water and china grass powder, cook until it dissolves, add in it sugar, cook till sugar dissolves, mix in coconut milk, evaporated milk, mango puree, fresh cream, mix all well, pour into ramekins or small serving bowls, chill for 2 hours until set, garnish with mango cubes and shredded coconut.

Ingredients for kababs:

  • Boiled mutton mince 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 1- ½ tbsp
  • Coriander chopped ¼ cup
  • Bread soaked /squeezed 6 slices
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Milk as required

Other ingredients:

  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs as required

 

Method:
Boil 500 gm mutton mince with 2 tbsp ginger paste n salt keep this in fridge for 30min , now add cream all the ingredients and give shape of kabab lastly coat in bread in crumbs dip in eggs and fry

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Mutton 750gm
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Coriander as required
  • Cheese 2tbsp
  • Fresh cream 50ml
  • Black pepper 1tbsp
  • Chili flakes 1tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander roasted 1tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1tbsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Lemon sliced 1

 

Method:
Add all the ingredients to marinate in mutton and keep in fridge for 1to2 hours,
Now heat oil in a pan add mutton and cook till water dries , lastly sprinkle coriander and add lemon sliced and serve .

  • Fish fillets 3
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp

Other ingredients:

  • Burgers buns 3
  • Cheese slices 3
  • Self-raising flour 1 cup
  • Salad leaves 3
  • Mayonnaise mix in vinegar 3 tbsp

 

Method:

Marinate Fish fillets with salt, pepper, ketchup, chili sauce and garlic paste for 30 mins, dip chicken breast in prepared batter, roll in self-raising flour, deep fry in frying pan for 8-10 mins till light golden, cut the buns in half, apply mayonnaise, put cheese slice then fried Fish fillets , salad leaves and 1 tsp mayonnaise, serve with fries.
