Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 500 gm
- Egg 1
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- White vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Corn starch 1/4 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt, Black pepper to taste
- Lemon Sauce:
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- Garlic minced 3 teaspoons
- Grated ginger finely 1 teaspoon
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 1 lemon
- Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Corn starch dissolved 2 teaspoons
- Sesame seeds to garnish
- Green onions sliced to garnish
- Lemon sliced to serve
Methods:
Mix all ingredients of chicken. Cook chicken in oil and remove. For sauce, sauté ginger garlic in oil. Add chicken stock, soya sauce, lemon juice, sugar and salt mix well. Add dissolve corn starch in it. Cook mixture in sauce pan till it become thick. Coat chicken well. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion and lemon slices, serve.

- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Mix vegetables 1 cup
- Garlic minced 1 tsp
- Cooked rice 2 cup
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Red pepper flakes 1tsp
- Chopped scallions to garnish
Method:
Heat oil and butter add egg with salt fry well. Add vegetables fry them. Mix rice, egg, sauce, minced garlic and spices. Garnish with green onion, serve.
