Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

• Flour 8 oz
• Baking powder 1 tbsp
• Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
• Caster sugar 8 oz
• Butter 8 oz
• Eggs 4
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Chocolate chips 100 gm 
• Icing:
• Butter 4 oz
• Icing sugar 8 oz
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
• Milk 2-3 tbsp

Method:

1. Beat butter and sugar
2. Add eggs, fold in flour, cocoa and baking powder
3. Add vanilla essence and chocolate chips.
4. Spoon mixture in cupcake cases
5. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes, remove when done and cool.
6. For the icing, beat butter and icing sugar, cocoa powder, milk
7. Add in the essence, ice the cupcakes and decorate.
