Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate 100 gm
- Balloon 1
- Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
- Cookies (crushed) 3
- Strawberries (chopped) ½ cup
- White chocolate 40 gm
- Milk 2 tbsp
Method:
Meat chocolate and coat the half balloon. Allow it to cool. Then pin the balloon and release the air. Now on a serving platter add crushed cookies, vanilla ice cream and chopped strawberry. Then place chocolate balloon on it. Now in a bowl add melt dark chocolate and white chocolate separately with milk. Then add to the chocolate balloon and serve.
Ingredients:
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Beef mince 300 gm
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Basil leaves 1 tsp
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Tortillas 8-10
- Cheddar cheese (grated) ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion. Then add beef mince, garlic, salt, red chili flakes, basil leaves and tomato paste. Cook well. Now on tortillas add beef mince mixture and grated cheddar cheese. Then brush butter on both sides and seal properly. Now heat oil in a pan and cook tortillas from both sides until golden brown. Cut and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate (melted) 100 gm
- White chocolate 50 gm
- Mix nuts (chopped) 25 gm
- Strawberry and raisins (chopped) 25 gm
- Chocolate mold 1
Method:
In the chocolate mold layer the melted dark chocolate. Then layer chopped mix nuts or dry fruits and again add and cover with chocolate. Once it is set garnish with white chocolate and serve.
