Chocolate Fountain Cupcakes are delicious! They look like a lot of effort has been put into them but they’re actually very easy to make.

Ingredients for cupcake:

  • Flour 1 ¾ cup
  • Caster sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Coco powder ½ cup
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Chocolate essence 1 tsp
  • Hot coffee ½ cup

Ingredients for filling of ganache:

  • Chocolate grated 100 gm
  • Cream ½ cup

Ingredients for frosting:

  • Butter 200 gm
  • Sifted icing sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Chocolate essence ½ tsp
  • Coco powder 3 tbsp
  • Milk as required

Method:
Ina bowl sieve together flour, salt, baking powder and soda. In another bowl beat eggs, oil, sugar and essence until well beaten, add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients alternating with hot coffee and butter milk, fill in cupcake liners, bake on 180 d for 20 mins, remove and cool, make ganache with grated chocolate and cream, cool until thick, fill in the cooled cupcakes, make frosting by beating together butter, icing sugar, coco and essence until fluffy, fill in piping bag and pipe swirls onto the cooled cupcakes.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 3 ounce
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Chopped garlic ½ tsp
  • Chicken breast cut in cubes 1
  • Chicken stock 4 cups
  • Stock cube 1
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Carrot cut in cubes ½ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 cubes
  • Parsley chopped 2 tbsp
  • Crushed oregano ¼ tsp
  • Mushrooms 6 chopped
  • Potato ½ cut into tiny cubes
  • Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Heat butter, sauté onion and garlic, add in chicken, fry for 5 mins, add flour with sweet corn, carrots, mushrooms, all the veggies, fry for 5 mins, add stock with stock cube, add milk and seasonings, finally ad cream cheese, simmer on low heat, top with mixed herbs, serve immediately with crispy bites.

Ingredients:

  • Cheddar cheese grated 200 gm
  • Oil for Deep frying

Ingredients for batter:

  • Flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 4tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Hot sauce 1tsp

Ingredients for coating

  • Bread crumbs as required

 

Method:
Make balls with grated Cheddar cheese freeze it .
Now Make batter with all the ingredients given under batter, coat frozen cheese balls in batter, roll in bread crumbs, again coat in batter, again coat in crumbs and deep fry, serve with chowder.
