INGREDIENTS:

  • Chocolate Sponge 1
  • Fruit cocktail 150 gm
  • Chocolate chips 50 gm
  • Chocolate syrup 50 ml
  • Condensed milk 50 gm
  • Water 50 ml
  • Whipped cream 250 gm
  • Melted chocolate 250 gm

 

METHOD:

Melt the chocolate and allow it to cool. Then on the brown paper with the help of a piping bag make designs and keep in the fridge to set. Now cut the sponge and soak it with the help of condensed milk. Then add fruit cocktail, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup, frost the sponge with whipped cream. Now put the designed chocolate on the sides of the cake. Serve.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 10 gm
  • Milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Bread improver 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 50 ml
  • Sugar 25 gm
  • Water as required

FOR THE FILLING:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Cooking cream 1 tbsp
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 100 gm

 

METHOD:

FOR THE DOUGH:

In a bowl add all the ingredients and knead the dough with water. Then leave it for a while to proof. Now divide the dough and shape it into bun size.

FOR THE FILLING:

Heat oil and cook the chicken. Then add garlic paste, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Now add cabbage, mayonnaise, cream and ketchup. Mix properly. Then fill the dough with the filling and again leave it for a while. Brush the buns with egg and add cheddar cheese on top. Bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

  • Butter 155 gm
  • Dark chocolate 60 gm
  • Brown sugar 60 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 155 gm
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped walnuts 50 gm

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • White marshmallow 65 gm
  • Butter 30 gm
  • Coconut 30 gm

 

METHOD:

Melt the dark chocolate. Then beat butter and sugar together. Then add egg and melted chocolate, mix well. Now sieve flour and baking soda. Add to the mixture along with chopped walnuts, mix well. Then cut it and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 12-15 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool.

METHOD FOR THE TOPPING:

Melt butter and white marshmallow together. Then add it to the piping bag and pipe onto it. Lastly sprinkle coconut and serve.
