Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Corn Flour ½ cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Butter 200 grams
- Icing Sugar 1 cup
- Egg 3
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Chopped Meva ½ cup
- Chocolate chips ½ cup
Method:
- In a bowl whipped 200 grams butter along with 1 cup icing sugar.
- After this add 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ½ cup milk and 1 tsp baking powder. Whipped together.
- Also, add 1-1/2 cup flour, ½ cup corn flour, ½ cup nuts, ½ cup chocolate chips. Fold together and bake on 180c for 30 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
