Ingredients:
- Sour cream ½ cup
- Milk ¾ cup
- Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1 tsp - Flour 1 ½ cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Chocolate (melted) 100 gm
- Cinnamon sugar 1 cup
Method:
Mix and sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then in another bowl add eggs, sour cream, milk and vanilla essence. Beat well. Now add the dry ingredients and beat well. Then in a frying pan heat oil and prepare pancakes. Once it is cooked coat with cinnamon sugar and decorate with melted chocolate.
Ingredients For Dough:
- Flour 400 gm
- Oil 40 gm
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Water as required
For Filling:
- Chicken (boiled) 200 gm
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Sweet corn 50 gm
- Tomato 2 tbsp
- Eggs (boiled) 2
- Green coriander 1 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
- Black olive 2 tbsp
Method:
For the dough mix all the ingredients and knead a dough well. Allow it to rest for about 30 minutes. Once it is well proved, make the balls out of it. For the filling, mix mayonnaise, chicken and all the other ingredients, make a paste. Now fill in the buns and bake it in an oven to 180 c for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
