This Classic Vegetable Pulao is full of healthy vegetables and amazing combination of spices. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken                     ½ kg
  • Potatoes                   1
  • Tomatoes                 2
  • Green peas               1 cup
  • Carrot                        2
  • Green chilies            6
  • Black pepper           1 tsp
  • Cumin                        1 tsp
  • Salt                             1 tsp
  • Raisin                         100 gm
  • Butter                        50 gm
  • Oil                               4 tbsp
  • Boiled rice                ½ kg
  • Water                        as required
  • Coriander leaves     for garnishing

 

 

Method:

  • In a wok add butter and chicken. Fry it.
  • Then add in oil and let it cook until chicken changes its color.
  • Add in water. Then add cumin seeds, salt and black pepper.
  • Then take chicken out of the dish in a separate plate.
  • Then add in boiled rice and mix everything well.
  • Let it steam until the taste gets well-balanced.
