Ingredients:
- Water or milk 1cup
- Butter 1/3 cup
- Eggs 2
Ingredients for Fish:
- Boneless Fish ½ kg
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Egg White 1
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes:
- Potatoes (boiled) 4
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
- Parsley 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Lemon Rind 1 tbsp
Method:
In a fish add all the given ingredients and fry in heat oil.
For mash potatoes:
First of all, mash the potatoes.
Add butter, black pepper, salt, parsely and mix.
Now add cream, garlic, black pepper, salt and mix.
Then in a dish add potatoes mixture, fried fish and cream.
Now garnish with parsely and lemon rind.

- Coriander 2tbsp
- Lemon juice 4tbsp
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 1
- Radish 1
- Salt ½ tsp
