Ingredients:
- Chilled milk 2 cups
- Coffee 2 tsp heaved
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Cream whipped ½ cup
- Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
- Water ½ cup
Method:
- Boil water, sugar and coffee.
- Stir well and cool. add to the blender with milk ice
- Add ice cream and beat well serve in a glass.
- Topped with some more ice cream serve chilled.
