Ingredients for salad:
- Boil pasta 1cup
- Cabbage sliced ¾ cup
- Carrot sliced ½ cup
- Capsicum chopped ½ cup
- Corn ½ cup
For dressing:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cream 4tbsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Salt as required
- Worcestershire sauce 1tsp
- Garlic powder ½ tsp
Method:
Mix all the salad ingredients , now mix the dressing and serve .
Ingredients:
- Beef mince 600gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
- Green chili paste 2tbsp
- Coriander, mint ½ cup
- Onion fried 2tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Seekh kabab masala 1tbsp
- Eggs 4-5
- Mashed potatoes 1-1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil fry potatoes and mash well. Now add eggs, salt , trurmeric and beat , now add oil and all ingredients in mince mash and set in a dish, now pour egg and bake till set and serve .
Ingredients:
- Plums 2cup
- Milk 1cup
- Ice as required
- Yogurt 1cup
- Sugar 4tbsp
- Mint 4-5
Method:
Add all ingredients in blender and serve chilled .

- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Boil rice ¾ cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Cardamom ½ tsp
- Rusk 4
- Almond as required
- Silver paper to garnish
Method:
Heat milk with cardamom powder and let it boil, boil in boil rice add a cup of milk , water and Rusk now blend it. Now add this in milk and cook till thick, now add sugar , lastly dish out and garnish with silver paper .
