Ingredients
Cabbage finely chopped into small cubes 3 cups
Carrots 1 cup finely chopped into tiny cubes
Sugar 2 tbsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ tbsp
Method
Chopped carrots and cabbage very finely into tiny cubes, mix with all above ingredients, serve chilled.
