- Boneless chicken 250gm
- Green masala 2tbsp
- Salt as required
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
- Manda patti as required
- Oil for brush
- Bake for 10-12 Minutes 200°
Method:
Chicken ko oil me paka len, phir salt, green masla or black pepper add ker k thanda ker len. Phir us me crushed cheese add ker den. Phir manda patti mein roll ker ke oil brush ker ke oper cheese dal ker 200c pr bake karen. Jub bake ho jaey phir serve ker deyn.
