Creamy Doodh Katliyan Recipe | Chef Gulzar in Dawat

 

Ingredients
China Grass                         50 grams
Milk                                 1 kg
Sugar                             2 cup
Khoya                             250 grams
Screw Pine Essence                 few drops
For Garnish
Cream                              2 cup
Icing Sugar                         ½ cup
Chocolate Powder                     ½ cup
Dry Fruits                         ½ cup
 

Method
 Take a cooking pan add 50 grams of china grass mix it well cook 15 to 20 minutes when the china grass is dissolve set aside. Take a cooking pan add milk add 2 cups of sugar, 250 grams of khoya and add a few drops of screw pine essence mix it well cook until its dissolve. Now add china grass mixture mix it well when the mixture is thick then set it to the tray. Then take  a mixing bowl add ½ cup of icing sugar, 2 cups of cream, ½ cup of chocolate powder, ½ cup of dry fruits mix it well and cut the squares and serve it.
