Ingredients:
- Chicken with skin 8pieces
- Butter milk 1-1/2cup
- Green chili powder 2tbsp
- Salt 2tsp
- Flour 2tbsp
- Garlic powder 1/2tsp
- Coatings ingredients:
- Flour 3cups
- Baking powder 1-1/2tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Garlic powder 1-1/2tsp
- Salt 1-1/2tsp
- Black pepper powder 1tsp
- Corn flour 2tbsp
Method:
Mark cuts on the chicken pieces. Now marinate them with salt, butter milk, green chili powder, flour and garlic powder and set them for overnight. Mix all the coatings ingredients and sieve it. Now roll the chicken pieces in the mixture one by one and set them for 30mins more. Now heat oil in a pan and fry them covered till it gets the color. Lastly serve the broast with salad and dip.
Ingredients:
- Flour 1cup + 2tbsp
- Gram flour 2tbsp
- Baking soda 1/4tsp
- Salt 1pinch
- Coffee 1-1/2tsp
- Clarified butter 1/2cup
- Egg yolk 1
- Semolina 1tbsp
- Pistachios 2tbsp
Method:
Firstly add flour, Gram flour, semolina, baking soda, salt and coffee to mix and filter them and beat crushed sugar and clarified butter. Now add the filtered ingredients to knead them and set it for 15mins. After that make small small naan khatai and press it with your thumb and sprinkle pistachios over them. Now in a preheated oven bake it at 180 degrees for 15-20mins and serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver (small pieces) ½ kg
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Peri sauce 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chicken stock ½ cup
- Parsley as required
Method:
Mix flour in liver. Fry liver with 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of oil
In another pan remaining oil and butter fry garlic.
Also add tomato puree, black pepper and chicken stock. Let the boil comes.
Add cream and mix. Add chicken liver and cook. Dish out and garnish with parsely.
