Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken strips 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Fresh soya chopped 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Eggs 1
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
Mix chicken with all ingredients except breadcrumbs in mixing bowl. Keep in fridge for 2 hour. Apply breadcrumbs on chicken cook on low flame. When it turns golden remove in a dish.
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 500gm
- Bread slices 2
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for Coating:
- Flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Egg 2-3
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
Mix corn flour and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix egg and milk. In different bowl keep bread crumbs. Grind chicken with all ingredients in chopper. Then form nuggets from this mixture. Then give shapes of nuggets keep in fridge for 15 minute. Coat nuggets with flour and corn flour batter. Then dip in egg and milk batter. Coat with bread crumbs and fry well.
Crispy Fried Wings Ingredients:
- Chicken wings with skin 500gm
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
BATTER:
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 cup
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Honey Chili Sauce Ingredients:
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Green chili chopped 1 tsp
Crispy Fried Wings Method:
Cut chicken wings into two pieces. In bowl add wing with all ingredients and marinate for 2 hour. Keep in fridge. In separate bowl and mix all ingredients of batter. Dip wings in batter and cook on low flame.
Honey Chili Sauce Method:
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
